Cancellation Policy

All appointments require a non-refundable $150 booking fee at the time of scheduling. This fee is applied toward the total cost of your service.

Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will be charged a late cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost, in addition to forfeiture of the booking fee.

We understand that life happens. If an emergency arises, please reach out directly — we will always do our best to work with you.

You are welcome to reschedule your appointment one time per booking at no additional charge, provided you notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Requests to reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice will be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the applicable fee. A second reschedule request for the same booking will require a new $150 booking fee.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. A grace period of 15 minutes is extended for all appointments. Arrivals beyond the 15-minute grace period may result in a shortened service, rescheduling, or forfeiture of the appointment and booking fee, at the discretion of the artist.

Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will forfeit their $150 booking fee in full and will be required to pay a new booking fee before scheduling future appointments.

We never want this to happen — if something comes up, please reach out as soon as you can, even if it's last minute.
